Philosophy of Religion, esp. William JamesTolstoy, and Eliade.

Personal:

I was born in San Francisco, although I was raised in Puerto Rico for the first few years of my life.  I have three younger siblings.  I moved to Denver, Colorado when I was 13 years old.  I went to school in Colorado and didn't quite enjoy being a high school student.  I did oddjobs after high school: pizza place manager, pharmaceutical supplies and book delivery, real estate agent, GED instructor.  College was a much more enjoyable experience; I tried to make the most of it.  I worked full-time for Echostar, otherwise known as Dish Network, as a tech support guy while I went to college full time.  It was a harrowing and taxing experience, but ultimately beneficial.

I am happily married.  I enjoy playing video games, listening to techno/trance, reading on popular topics in politics, and watching film noir movies when I have the time (almost never).  I communicate in Spanish fluently, read basic Latin, and I have been learning German as an ongoing project for the last four years.
